My painting process varies depending on my mood, but it always starts off with every intention of creating a masterpiece.

But, really I never plan, except to paint - something.

I use acrylics, typically on already stretched and mounted canvas. My main tools are: mini painting rolling pins, scraping tools, sponges and my fingers. I blend colors on the canvas, rarely on my palette. I allow for the paint to take over, I don't ever force it, I follow its lead. Open mindedness and acceptance goes a long way here.

What ends up happening is layers upon layers and phases of frustration, wanting to quit, I ruined it, I should have kept the thing I did before, this sucks, I completely fucked it up, that's interesting, I kind of like that, I hate it, it's awful, I need a drink. And then I go back for more.
